Week 14 Complex Model

 This week I baked the high poly maps and exported textures. I ran into some baking issues at first had to edit the game rez mesh to get it to bake better. After making some edits to the mesh got some decent results and moved on to texturing. My direction with texturing was to apply some age and show the cannon had been used in a battle a lot and the worn state of the cannon would tell that story.

VR_Proxy_Pass (Clean Pass)

 This week I cleaned up some of the modes that has some silhouette issues. I created the new wall to allow the player to see into the office felt like it looks better. Added Materials for the Lab objects and Office objects wanted to try and some splash of color to match the player models and hands.

Week 13 Complex Model

 This week I wanted to clean up the cannon I used to push into to Zbrush to get better results. I made some adjustments to that model and got better results when dynameshing. I was playing some catchup got the model sculpted and alpha's pushed to maya and worked on the game Rez version of model. The Game mesh is sitting at 36k at the moment.

VR_Proxy_Pass (Environment Pass)

 This week I created props for the office area of the environment and the lab area. I wanted to replicate the 50's Frankenstein movies. The props I created were a desk, side table, vinyl record player, fire place, two power devices small and larger, and a machine.

VR_Final_Pass

 For the last pass for the VR project I submitted the wall and floor texture, columns, and props(beakers, syringe, and controller). The textures were made in substance painter and all other models made in maya and textured in painter. 







Week 12 Complex Model

 Placed Model in Zbrush added some extra detail nuts and bolts. Also added some damage to the model like dents, edge wear, and scratches.

Week 11 Complex Model

 This week I pushed my high poly version of the cannon and dnyameshed and polished getting the model ready to be sculpted and uv'd the low poly version ready for baking.

VR(Clean Pass)

 Created a sci_fi texture for the remote also re worked some of the details for the next pass model. use substance painter and baked maps for a better looking model.
